API:

	NEW FEATURES:	
	-	Each CAN capture has its own Activity Timer. 
		It just measures the time from the last received CAN message and when it exceeds a configured period, the timer expires and may generate a trigger. 
		When the timer is armed again (after expiration) by a received CAN message, it may also generate a trigger. 
		In general, the timer can be used to determine both moments on CAN bus, when activity appears and when activity ceases.
	
Web User Interface:

	VIDEO / Inputs:
	-	Frequency Range setting is now highlighted when the detected value is out of range.

	CAN / Capture: 
	-	Added Activity Timer controls.

	TIMERS:
	-	Changed period units from milliseconds to seconds (two decimal places).

	LOG:
	-	When performing the 'SAVE STATUS' action, the status data is refreshed at the moment the button is pressed.
		Until now, the saved status data snapshot was taken only once when the page was loaded or refreshed.
