The latest update enhances the SUSAN advanced system's ability to automatically recover from CAN bus errors. This improvement boosts the system's 
reliability and robustness, ensuring seamless communication and operation even in challenging conditions.
Additionally, the co-driver door simulation for MQBw has been implemented, although it currently lacks wake-up functionality.

#### Comprehensive functionality for ClampControl on MEB Platform
The latest release of SUSAN now fully supports all functionalities necessary for the effective management and visualization of ClampControl 
on the MEB platform. This update introduces the capability for comprehensive stimulation of ICAS1 to switch Clamps and provides detailed 
visualization of various Clamp states, including Clamp 15, S, Comfort Ready, and Combined Clamp.

#### Release Packages Naming Convention Change
Starting in 2025, we've decided to change the naming convention for our Software Package releases. The current system, 
which uses the year and sprint sequence, will be replaced with a more intuitive versioning format: SUSAN_A.B.C, where A.B.C is software version.
This change aims to provide a clearer and more user-friendly experience by aligning package names with software versions, making it easier to track 
updates and improvements. Additionally, we are updating the versioning format for our release notes. The previous format, which 
used YYYY.SN (where SN is the Sprint Number), will be replaced with YYYY.CW (where CW is the Calendar Week). This adjustment will provide
 a more consistent timeline reference and facilitate easier tracking of release notes.

#### Clamp Control on MEB
The visualization of Clamp Control's current state now reflects the actual status of ICAS1. This implementation is a prerequisite for the 
upcoming Clamp Control management feature, set to be released in the next sprint.

#### ODOMETER / Vehicle Lifetime Traveled Distance
The feature previously known as "Vehicle Lifetime Travelled Distance" has been renamed to "Odometer" and now includes authenticated 
signal versions. We have introduced the option for users to manually adjust the value through HMIs. The Odometer value is automatically 
updated at regular intervals, taking into account speed, gear, and time. It is now consistently stored on SUSAN and initialized with 
this value every time the system starts.

SUSAN has been updated to enable the injection of CRC and BZ errors into any message it generates. This functionality is conveniently located in its own tab,
labeled "Error Injections"

** Known Issue
A previously identified bug, first encountered in version 9.0.0, may trigger an error message when downgrading to a version earlier than 9.0.0.
Should this occur, a simple system restart will resolve the issue, restoring normal operation without further complications.

This release introduces basic simulations for Clamp Control within the MEB platform. By executing the designated sequence of these simulations, users can
now make ICAS1 to effectively switch the Clamps.

#### General info about release
This release version introduces major update related to Support and Maintenance Subscription. EPIC DSSIM-31287 covers all User Stories and Tasks for advanced MVP
functionality encompasses all essential activities, processes, and license management, facilitating swift activation and seamless usage of SUSAN advanced.
This firmware version does not need to be activated for full functionality, but it is the first version allowing Activation of SUSAN advanced and License Management.

Links to the SUSAN Distribution Site and documentation have been added to WebHMI, ensuring users are aligned with our latest updates and changes.

#### General info about release
We added support for multiple variants of configuration for each platform. The old configurations are currently identified by a suffix in the configuration name,
while the new ones have no suffix.We changed the Option Group for Seat Occupancy back to Airbag (this may affect your automated test cases, if you have any).
The current Option Group Airbag includes: Driver Seat, Co-Driver Seat, and Driver Belt Status.
Personalisation is working correctly again. To ensure this, please update the FW of HCP5 to version C260 and newer.

#### Parking and Gear simulation in MQBw works only with preconfigured PCAN extender
The new Gear simulation needs 1 additional CAN interface and the Parking simulation needs 2 additional CAN interfaces - (Gear is included).
We have implemented a Plug&Play PCAN extender device that does not require user configuration and adds 2 new CANs to SUSAN advanced.
Only pre-configured CAN extenders supplied by Digiteq Automotive will work correctly. Technical support for PCAN-Extender not supplied
by Digiteq Automotive is not provided. For details, see User Manual.

#### Known bug in the release
This release contains a known bug that can be rarely seen when a PCAN extender is connected (DSSIM-31211 - SUSAN advanced causes a reset when PCAN is connected).
The bug should not prevent the use of this firmware even with a connected PCAN. In case of any serious problem, please downgrade to 8.0.0

 #### Important note: From the 8.0.0 version it won´t be possible to downgrade

 Due to the changes in making and versioning of update software packages in this software update,
 a downgrade from 8.0.0 to earlier versions is not possible.
 We ask users to take this restriction into account when rolling out the software update in their systems.
 No interface has been modified and thus no one existing test case needs to be changed.
 Future software updates will be able to be downgraded back to version 8.0.0.

#### k-matrix version update
    With this software update we have updated the K-Matrices of the system configurations
    for the E³ 1.2 to version V12.08.00F. Details about k-matrices are described in user manual,
    section 4.2.2 k-matrix compatibility list. Without k-matrix update is not guaranteed
    the simulations will work properly.

#### New SUSAN connect configuration
    For proper functionality of FID border color simulation the SUSAN connect configuration
    must be changed. The configuration file is part of this release package and is intended
    for flashing of SUSAN connect.
